We are seeking an experienced Chalet Housekeeper for Private Chalet Promenade, a high-end private residence in Gstaad offering luxury services, including a private spa, and tailored experiences for international families during the summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall housekeeping operations of the private chalet
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff (room attendants, valet staff)
Ensure immaculate cleanliness and presentation of all private areas
Manage laundry, amenities, inventories, and supplies
Anticipate and respond to customized requests from the family
Ensure discretion, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
Profile:
Proven experience in luxury hospitality or private households
Experience with UHNW clientele and highly personalized service
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Fluent in English; French and/or another language is a plus
High level of discretion, flexibility, and attention to detail
