Assist in the daily operations and organization of the kitchen under the supervision of the Sous Chef and the Group Executive Chef.
Organize and prepare the assigned workstation for each service.
Prepare and deliver all meal services in accordance with the property's standards, including breakfast, room service, and private dining services in the residences.
Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all food preparation and storage areas.
Provide culinary support to the Private Chef within the group's private chalet when required.
Foster strong teamwork and maintain a collaborative working environment within the kitchen.
Ensure that all guest dietary requirements, preferences, and food allergies are strictly respected.
Comply with HACCP food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Culinary qualification (Swiss CFC or equivalent vocational diploma, such as CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro in Culinary Arts).
Minimum of 1 year's proven experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel, upscale restaurant, or fine dining establishment.
Knowledge of international cuisines is an asset.
Highly organized, precise, and detail-oriented.
Dynamic, proactive, and able to contribute ideas and initiatives.
Fluent in French and English.
Flexible and available to meet operational requirements.
