The HR Officer role will be fully on-site in Gstaad, ensuring smooth operational and administrative HR support for all employees at this property, including seasonal staff, while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.

Position Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for all on-site HR administrative and operational activities for the Gstaad entities. The role provides hands-on HR support to management and employees, ensuring full compliance with Swiss labor law, CCNT regulations, and internal procedures, with a strong focus on seasonal workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full HR administration for all employees based in Gstaad
• HR data entry and maintenance in the HRIS Mirus (new hires, leavers, contract updates, personal data changes)
• Preparation and follow-up of employment and housing contracts
• Management and updating of work schedules, HR tracking tables, and electronic employee files
• Seasonal staff onboarding and offboarding (winter and summer seasons)
• Organization and execution of staff welcome and induction, lock-in / lock-out procedures
• Support employees with registration at the municipality and health insurance enrollment
• Management and follow-up of work permits and 90-day notifications
• Monitoring sick leave, holidays, and other absences
• Entry of tips and expense claims in the system
• Support high-volume seasonal recruitment in collaboration with Management
• Preparation of HR certificates and exit documents
• Conduct exit interviews
• HR reportings upon management request
• Point of contact for all HR-related questions for on-site employees
• Support and preparation in case of audits or inspections
• Management of staff housing: check-in / check-out, inventory and condition reports
• Ensure full compliance with Swiss labor law, CCNT, and legal obligations
• Continuous update of HR data and documentation
• Any other administrative or operational HR tasks required
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of confirmed HR experience in the hospitality sector in Switzerland
• Perfect knowledge of Swiss labor law, CCNT and legal HR obligations
• Excellent knowledge of Mirus
• Languages: Fluent in French, German and English
• Strong customer-service orientation, highly rigorous and detail-oriented.
• Extremely flexible, rigorous, and well-organized
• Ability to work under pressure in a seasonal, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
