We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to support the team during the summer season.
Location: Ultima Gstaad, Switzerland
Contract: Summer Seasonal
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of all F&B, including breakfast, dinner service, bar and room service
Support the F&B Manager in managing, training, and coordinating the entire restaurant and bar team
Ensure exceptional service standards for luxury and UHNW guests
Assist with inventory, cost control, orders and service quality
Contribute to creating a memorable guest experience
Profile:
Previous experience in luxury hotel F&B operations
Experience with high-end international clientele (UHNW)
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Fluent in English; French and/or additional language is a plus
Motivation to learn and grow in a luxury hospitality environment
