Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment.
Clean and maintain all restaurant kitchenware, tableware, and utensils.
Clean, organize, and maintain the assigned workstation at all times.
Ensure the proper storage and handling of crockery, glassware, and kitchen equipment to prevent breakage.
Support the kitchen team as required, including assisting with basic food preparation, plating, and mise en place.
Assist with kitchen inventory counts and stock-taking procedures.
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, including HACCP standards.
Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
Dynamic, reliable, and able to work independently.
Flexible and available to work varying shifts based on operational requirements.
Good command of French and/or English.
