We are seeking an experienced Butler / Majordome for Private Chalet Promenade, a prestigious private chalet in Gstaad, providing highly personalized services to private families throughout the summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver bespoke, tailor-made service to the family and guests
Supervise service during breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and private events
Liaise with kitchen, housekeeping, and external service providers
Ensure the cleaning of the dining room and the service pantries
Ensure absolute discretion, privacy, and confidentiality
Profile:
Proven experience in luxury hospitality or private households
Experience with UHNW clientele and highly personalized service
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Fluent in English; French and/or another language is a plus
High level of discretion, flexibility, and attention to detail
