Assist with daily chalet operations, including table setups, service preparations, and coordination with Housekeeping and Culinary teams.
Maintain and update guest preferences to ensure a highly personalized experience.
Handle guest requests and unexpected situations with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.
Promote the property’s services and contribute to guest loyalty and satisfaction.
Proven experience as a Butler, Senior Butler, Guest Relations Agent, or similar role within luxury hospitality, private residences, villas, yachts, or 5-star hotels.
Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards, butler etiquette, and personalized guest care.
Strong understanding of the expectations and requirements of high-net-worth clientele.
Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as German, Russian, or Arabic are an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to create meaningful relationships with guests.
Impeccable presentation, discretion, and professional attitude.
