As a Group, we have a 360-degree offer to clients, with developments in alpine, urban and coastal destinations, always in prime locations. Our ​​collection of chalets and waterfront retreats stretching from the Alps to the Mediterranean have all been designed in the same signature Ultima style, whilst remaining in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Our properties vary in size, from a six-bedroom standalone villa in Corfu to a collection of thirteen, four to five-bedroom residences in Courchevel. Our property in Crans-Montana features two adjacent chalets, one with ten bedrooms, and the other with six that can be bought out by the same group or sold separately. Furthermore, we have a boutique-hotel in Gstaad, and an 18-person chalet in Megève, catering to both big and small groups.
